Personal Reflection: Estella Wu
Lesson 2: God Hears Hannah's Prayer Fukuoka helped me realize ultimate fulfillment comes from serving. Despite being tired from hanging out with kids all day, I ultimately felt joy and satisfaction seeing the kids laughing and having a good time. I also learned that service comes in many different forms. Despite not doing physical labor, building relationships with kids and other members of the mission center was impactful. My favorite part of the ministry was definitely getting to know the kids and their different personalities. Although the language barrier was hard to get over, the smiles and laughs remained the same. Getting to bond with the kids was a service to the kids but also ultimately helped me too. twinning rings :)
